Kuwait – Mubasher: Metal and Recycling said that no financial impact will result from the shareholders’ decision of liquidating Metalex Energy.
Metal and Recycling, the mother company, owns 1% in Metalx Energy, according to a bourse statement issued Monday.
It also owns a stake of 96% in the subsidiary Metal Holding to which the assets of Metalex will be transferred once the liquidation process is completed.
